I don’t know about you, but keeping up with the fall TV schedule is a pretty high priority these days! I mean, with Homeland, The Affair, Nashville, Scandal, and Quantico, things can get pretty jam packed! It’s a lot to manage it all, but a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do.
Know what else a girl’s gotta do? Show some love to the booty!
I wasn’t blessed in the booty department. I mean, it’s perfectly fine, but I’ve gotta work at it to have any sort of shape down there. And, being the multitasker that I am, I’ve been making TV time booty time, as well – all with the help of these exercises I’m sharing with you today.

You don’t need any equipment, and you are totally free to gaze at the TV and be engrossed in all the drama WHILE building a booty. WINNING!
For each exercise, perform three sets of 20 reps on each side!

These exercises are highly effective and really activate those glutes, so it will be time well spent. So next time your show is on, get your couch off the booty and work your booty instead!
