Happy Wednesday, y’all!
It’s the day before Thanksgiving! Who’s excited? My favorite holiday, weeee!
We arrived in NH yesterday evening and will be spending today catching up with family and friends…anddd scoping out a wedding venue! Eek.
But, back to the food.
As usual, today’s WIAW features an entire day’s worth of eats. Today I’m showing you what I chowed down in yesterday. On Tuesdays, I work from 7:15-3, so I pack quite a bit of food to keep me going! I also had some time in the car before arriving at Dan’s parents house where we had dinner.
was my overnight oats but guess what? I changed it up a bit! I only used half a banana and added in 1/4 cup pumpkin. So good!!
I kinda failed on the ‘snack’ front and packed myself two lunches pretty much. Woops.
My recent favorite has been an egg sandwich made with two slices of Ezekiel bread, one egg, two whites, and a slice of American cheese. So simple and yummy!
Around 2:30 PM, I enjoyed SNACK (lunch) #2!
I had a baked sweet potato (food prep!), veggie burger, and some cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mix. I finally found the Dr. Praegger’s veggie burgers in a grocery store close by. Win!
And then guess what happened?! I left for the “travel” portion of the day and was so excited I forgot to snap pics – Oy!! But, I will tell you that a bag of popcorn, apricots, peanuts were munched on the ride, and the onion rings, sweet potato fries, and a glass of wine were consumed once we got to NH
