Hi there! How’s the week going? Today I’m back to work after two glorious days off (I was on a 7 day work streak – those two days were so needed!!)
Last week I did a Workout Wednesday post, so technically this should be What I Ate Wednesday, but I haven’t really taken pics of my food which is the whole point. Fail. But I’m breaking my own rules and doing two workout posts in a row. Luckily, the one I have on tap for today is a good one.
Have you ever done an AMRAP workout? AMRAP is a Crossfit term that stands for As Many Rounds as Possible. The idea is to perform a certain circuit as many times as you can within a designated time period. I do not do Crossfit, but love throwing AMRAP workouts into the mix for a fun CHALLENGE.
