Hey friends!

How are you? Happy Hump Day! As much as I love doing What I Ate Wednesday posts…guess what? I’ve been pretty much eating the same dang things as you saw here and here. Although, I am very excited to introduce to you the ONE new meal that has made it into my routine…

Everyone, meet Sweet Potato Overnight Oats. We are in love.

In this container of perfection:

  • 1/2 baked sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 container plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 T PB
  • 1/2 T chia seed
  • Stevia
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla

I mashed the sweet potato with the PB and cinnamon, and combined all the other ingredients in a separate container. Then, I sort of layered/folded the sweet potato in. Don’t mix the two too much! Put it in a container, and let that baby sit overnight. JOY!

So, back to the the topic at hand: instead of WIAW, it’s Workout Wednesday! Who doesn’t love a great new workout?

This one is especially good for all you ladies trying to fill out those bathing suit bottoms. Lawd knows I am! I wasn’t blessed with much junk in my trunk…gotta work for it. So ladies who have somethin’ going on in the behind: My message to you is…Appreciate it. Own it. Embrace it.

This butt workout requires no equipment and can be done anytime anywhere…

Here’s your workout booty call!

Let me know if you give this one a try.

Hope you have a booty-full day!

Oh, I’m definitely going to try that butt builder workout! I keep telling myself to do more squats but always forget to do them when I workout! I like how you don’t need any equipment to do these workouts and can do them at home!
