Just popping in for a little Workout Wednesday action!
I don’t know about you, but if time were money, I’d feel like I was broke these days! There just doesn’t seem to be enough time to go around. Life gets jam packed and to-do lists stretch on for days.
So, in the spirit of getting the most bang for your buck, aka most burn for your time, here’s a short but sweaty workout. This one’s great on it’s own or as an add on to a strength training session.
This 10 minute cardio workout includes moves that get your heart rate up and engage major muscle groups – win.
